OVER 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE

COMMERCIAL

Offering a range of bespoke build and renovation services

Full design and refit

We have worked closely for several years with a range of clients to meet their requirements for commercial projects, specifically private dental and doctor surgeries. Our meticulous planning process, project packages, ability to work alongside specialist medical equipment suppliers and quality of workmanship have ensured that we have been returned to time and again. Our clients are happy to recommend our services to other commercial projects based on their satisfaction with our service.

Our local community is incredibly important to us and we are proud that through the relationships we have with our commercial project partners, we are able to give back through sponsorship of key events and causes. We regularly support Marshall’s Yard, such as at their popular Lunch Fest event in the Summer and the annual Christmas events in the Centre. Our commercial work within Marshall’s Yard has included landscaping, window maintenance and general site improvements over a number of years.

What our Customers say

Don’t take just our words. Hear what our Customers say.

Having previously used the services of Cowley & Co in a range of other projects, they were the company we were determined to use in our ambitious plan to develop Oswald House into a modern medical centre. The team is efficient, hard working and communication was excellent at all stages. We have had no hesitation in recommending them to several other doctors for their commercial developments.

We have used the building services of SW Cowley &Co for several years now, both on our business buildings and, more recently, on our dream home. Throughout every project, Jason and his team have been exceptionally reliable, professional, and transparent. One of the things that stood out to us was their commitment to timelines, they completed our project on schedule without compromising on quality. Their honesty and openness in every transaction made the entire process feel secure and trustworthy.

Jason and his team undertook a complex refurbishment of my cottage circa 1750 in a conservation area. From the start Jason was at pains to understand our brief, schedule and budget as well as the complexities of the house. He delivered a fantastic end result, before time and on budget. His team were skilled professionals and a pleasure to have working in our home despite significant upheaval.
