Following a 2 day training course by MHFA England in December 2025, we are proud to announce that Heather, our Business Manager, is now a fully qualified Mental Health First Aider. We are very grateful to have been able to access this training through funding from West Lindsey District Council.
Mental Health and Wellbeing are at crisis levels in the Construction Industry and we are acutely aware of our responsibilities as employers to support our team in the best ways possible. We actively encourage open communication, a supportive environment and self care for all. This qualification is the next step on our journey towards better Mental Health for all.
