Blyton Dental at Duchess House, Scunthorpe.
This large commercial project based in Scunthorpe was initially an open spaced building which our client wanted to develop into a modern, purpose designed dental practice with state-of-the-art technology for the local community.
Starting phase 1 of the project on the ground floor of the property, we created a decontamination room, a hygienist room, an X-ray room and an office alongside 3 surgeries with dental chairs and equipment. The ground floor also features a kitchenette and staff area alongside unisex and accessible cloakrooms. An impressive reception desk and waiting room welcomes clients into the practice and was created by our team to complete the work on this floor which included plastering, ceiling tiles, skirting boards and doors.
The second phase of the project involved work on the first floor of the property with surgeries 4,5 and 6 completed with full cabinetry and dental chairs and equipment. The first floor also has a hygienist room, alongside male and female staff changing rooms, a large conference room and kitchenette, a laboratory, a second office, additional unisex cloakrooms and a second waiting room and reception desk.
